It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

  • Green tie-front top from Banana Republic– $16.99 on sale
  • Black pants from Bloomie’s Aqua via FB– $6!
  • Red heels from Nine West Outlet– $24.99

This outfit could use an accessory, but I usually go for necklaces and that seems like overkill with the bow/tie/bowtie. Red and green (like black and orange) is tricky thanks to the holiday, though theoretically it’s a great combo. I think this outfit is safe, since the combination is broken up by so much black. But I’d like to get a little more daring with red and green without actually crossing the line into Gift Wrap Territory. Burgundy and sage? Forest and hot pink? True red and a light jade-y color of some kind? The possibilities are endless. Yes, these are the kinds of things I think about all day. I got a 1500 on my SATs and I use words like jade-y.

Why dont they make these for adults?
